Thirty seven (37) bids solicited plus listed on our web site for download, twenty one (21) bids received and two (2) no bids.  The vendors awarded are the most qualified responsive bidders.  Bid Tab Sheet attached.

b.  Frozen Novelties Bid #12-SFS-04 – Contract Period is July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2015 – Bid established for the purchase of frozen novelty products county-wide.  Five (5) bids solicited plus listed on our web site for down load, two (2) bids received and one (1) no bid.  The vendor awarded is the lowest most qualified responsive bidder meeting specifications.
